Offerings

Accompanying the Gstaad Menuhin Festival & Academy concerts are hands-on workshops tailored to the programmes. Furthermore, children are encouraged to attend rehearsals and have chats with the artists. Ever wondered how much practice goes into a concert? Curious about the gestures of conducting or the magic behind trumpet sounds? Feel free to ask burning questions and dive into various hands-on experiences.

Dance!
How does one sway to the enchanting tunes of a violin? Following a workshop aligned with the theme of the concert “Transformation of Dance”, children are invited to attend a rehearsal and chat with a renowned violinist.

Following a workshop on conducting, kids have the opportunity to join a rehearsal of the Gstaad Conducting Academy and chat with some of the conductors.

Hooray! Fascination Trumpet
Children are encouraged to craft their own trumpets, attend a rehearsal for the concert “Revolutions – Trans-Formation III”, and engage in a chat with an internationally celebrated trumpeter. 

Participation is free of charge.
