Refund for Gstaad Menuhin Festival & Academy 2020 concert tickets

For the first time in the 64-year history of the festival, the Board of Directors and Festival Management feel compelled to cancel all Gstaad Menuhin Festival & Academy concerts and events planned for the summer of 2020.

You naturally have the option of getting a refund for the tickets you have booked. To this end we will contact you within the next few days by e-mail or by letter with a refund form.
Alternatively, you have the possibility to fill out the refund form and return it directly online.
The Festival is now facing the huge challenge of keeping the impending financial loss as low as possible in 2020, so that it can be there for you again in a stable condition from 2021 onwards. If you feel concerned and can decide to waive a refund or part of it, you will help us greatly in our efforts.
Processing and refunds will take some time. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding.
