We are all familiar with its famous final theme with variations – but do you know the four other movements of Schubert’s «Trout Quintet»? The residence of French pianist Bertrand Chamayou is an excellent opportunity to fill that gap, whilst getting a taste of another master quintet of the Romantic period (with no double bass but with two violins): that of César Franck.
