Born in Turin in 1994, Valerio Lisci studied in Milan with Gabriella Bosio, in Brussels with Annie Lavoisier, and then with Letizia Belmondo at the University of Music in Lausanne. He has also benefited in masterclasses from the guidance of Marie-Pierre Langlamet and Isabelle Moretti. Born in Kazakhstan in 1993, Sherniyaz Mussakhan studied at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, with Pavel Vernikov in Sion and is now completing a Master’s Degree in Violin in Rainer Schmidt’s class at the Music Academy in Basel. He won the second prize at the David Oïstrakh Competition in Moscow in 2009 and the second prize at the Lipinski and Wielniawski Competition in Lublin, Poland.
